Gean Na, P.E. is a registered civil engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and a background in heavy civil construction. His experience spans a broad range of infrastructure and construction projects, including concrete and precast construction, bridges, water, stormwater, and building construction.

Since 2018, Gean has served as Director of the American Concrete Pipe Association of California, where he focuses on advancing the use of precast reinforced concrete pipe and box culverts and supporting engineers, agencies, and contractors in the design, specification, and construction of concrete drainage infrastructure.
