It is with deep sadness that the California Precast Concrete Association shares the passing of Abran Morales, who passed away peacefully on January 4, 2026, surrounded by his family.

Abran was not only a champion of precast concrete—he was part of the very foundation of the CPCA. From the earliest days of the Association, Abran stood alongside CPCA, offering his time, energy, and unwavering belief in the mission. Through periods of growth and challenge alike, he remained a constant presence and a steadfast supporter, always ready to advocate for precast concrete and the people behind it.

Precast concrete was a tremendous part of Abran’s life, second only to his family and closely followed by his love of golf. He deeply valued the relationships he built through CPCA and took great pride in supporting the industry across the state of California.

Abran’s legacy is one of dedication, loyalty, and genuine care for this community. His impact on CPCA and the precast concrete industry will be felt for many years to come, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.
